How do we get started?
As we start working on your web properties and marketing needs, we base our assessment on an audit of your current status.
Whether we are working on Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Content Strategy or Site Development; We will always start with an audit that will clarify and help us know where you are and how we can bring you to were you want to be.
Support included?
Support is included within certain limits that will be defined in the contract as we start working together.
What about refunds?
Case by case, as defined in the contract.
Can I change plans or cancel at any time?
Any terms regarding cancellation and/or changes will be defined in advance by our mutually agreed to contract.
Preferred method of payment
We receive payments either by e-transfer or check.
- Inside Canada – In CAD
- Outside Canada – In USD
Are there additional costs?
It depends on your contract.
Yet, if the time spent is less or more than what was expected in the initial contract, you will be notified in advance.
